In order to ensure normal operation of the crusher and fully bring out its performance, please you read the manual in detail before operating the crusher and operate it as per the requirements on the manual.
 

1.用途Applications

本机为复摆式颚式破碎机,广泛适用于矿山、冶炼、建筑、公路,铁路、水利和化学工业等众多行业,处理粒度不大于425毫米,抗压强度不超过250兆帕的各种矿石和岩石粗碎或中碎作业。
It is double-taggle jaw crusher; it is widely used for rough-crushing or middle-crushing all kinds of ore and rock whose grain size is not more than 425mm and compressive strength is not more than 250Mpa in mineral、smelting、construction、highway、railway、water conservancy as well as chemical industries and other industries.

注:破碎机的处理能力受各种因素的影响,诸如给料方式,物料的形状、粒度组成、物料的干、湿、软、硬程度等等。对于硬而脆的物料要比硬而韧的物料容易破碎;片状物料要比球状物料容易破碎,由大小不同粒度组成的混合料要比单一大粒度组成的物料容易破碎而获得较高的处理能力。相反,如果物料超过最大允许的进料粒度或者进料口堆满物料而出现阻塞现象时,往往就导致处理能力的降低。
Notes: The processing capacity of the crusher is affected by several factors, such as feeding way, shape of material, granulometric composition, moisture content and hardness of material. For hard and crisp material is more breakable than hard and tough material. Slice material is more breakable than ball shape material. The mixture made up of different granularity is more breakable than that of the same granularity, so it gets higher processing capacity. On the contrary, if the material is larger than the maximum allowable feeding size or the feed inlet is blocked up, then it may lower the processing capacity.
为了提高本机的处理能力和使用寿命,必须满足其均衡进料的要求。因此在使用本机时需由喂料机与之配套。
To improve the processing capacity and service life of this machine, we must satisfy the requirements of balanced feeding. Therefore, we must equip a feeder to match with this crusher when using it.
本机标定的性能参数是以破碎干且中等硬度的岩石为准,其堆比重为1.6吨/立方米。
The performance parameter of the crusher is decided by crushing dry and medium-hard rock, its bulk density is 1.6t/m3。
 

3.结构简述及装配Structure description and assembling

本机主要由:
1机架部件;2固定颚板;3上边护板;4下边护板;5动颚部件; 6调整部件;7拉杆部件;8铁轨部件;9润滑部件;10基础部分等组成。
The crusher is mainly made up of the following parts:
1. Frame components; 2. Fixed—jaw plates; 3. Upper protection plate; 4.Down protection plate;5. Moving jaw components; 6.Adjustment components; 7.Pull rod components. 8. Rail components. 9.Lubricartion components; 10.Fundamental components.
 
本机是以电动机为动力,通过电动机皮带轮,由三角皮带和槽轮驱动偏心轴,使动颚按预定轨迹作往复运动,从而将进入由固定颚板、活动颚板和边护板组成的破碎腔内的物料予以破碎,并通过下部的排料口将成品物料排出。
The crusher is motor powered. By motor pulley, triangle belt and geneva wheel drive the eccentric shaft and make the moving jaw move along a scheduled track back and forth. Then the material in the crusher chamber (which is made up of fixed—jaw plate, moving jaw plate and edge plate) is crushed and the finished product is discharged through the below discharge opening.
 
3.1机架部件Frame components
颚式破碎机的机架,在工作中受到很大的冲击载荷。因此它应具有足够的强度和刚度。
The frame of the jaw crusher must be of enough intension and stiffness, because it suffers from the impulsive load when working.
机架为焊接件。机架的前墙装有由固定颚板螺钉紧固的固定颚板,机架的左、右内侧壁装有由螺钉紧固的上边护板和下边护板。活动颚板和固定颚板均为优质高锰钢铸件,为延长其使用寿命,其形状设计成上、下对称,即当一端磨损后调头使用。
The frame is weldment. The front wall of the frame is equipped with fixed jaw plate, and the left and right inside wall is equipped with upper edge plate and lower edge plate. The moving jaw plate and fixed jaw plate is of high manganese steel castings. In order to prolong its service life, the upper and lower shape is designed symmetry, so when one end is worn, the other end can be used.
3.2动颚部件moving jaw component
3.2.1结构特征structure feature:
动颚为整体优质铸钢结构,其内孔以及槽等部位经过精确加工与检测,确保工作时安全、可靠。
The moving jaw is of high quality casting structure; its inner bore and groove have been through accurate processing and inspection to guarantee safety and reliability.
偏心轴为优质高强度锻钢,以多次精密的机械加工,热处理和探伤检查制成,因此具有足够的强度和刚度。
Eccentric shaft is of high quality and high strength forged steel. It has been through several precision machining, heat treatment and flaw detection examination, so it’s of enough intension and stiffness.
轴承采用四套调心滚子轴承,具有良好的承载和自动调心的性能。
The bearing adopts four suits self-aligning roller bearing, and it’s of good bearing and self aligning performance.
飞轮、槽轮为优质铸铁件,其重量和结构足够保证破碎机能平衡地工作。飞、槽轮在偏心轴上的两端位置可以相互调换。
Flywheel and geneva wheel are of high quality iron casting and its weight and structure can guarantee the balanced work of the crusher. The position on the eccentric shaft of flywheel and geneva wheel can be exchanged.
3.2.2动颚部件装配过程the assembling process of moving jaw components:
3.2.2.1取二只挡油盘装于偏心轴的两端。将二只轴承置于80℃~100℃油中加热15分钟左右,测量轴承的内圈,孔大于偏心轴轴颈0.15时,取出并热套于偏心轴的两端,使轴肩紧靠,用压力顶住,直到轴承完全冷却为止,其间隙不得大于0.05。套合后,整理清洗干净,在轴承中填满润滑脂。
Install two oil retaining disks on the two ends of eccentric shaft. Put the two bearings in the oil of 80℃~100℃ heating for 15min. Then measure the inside track of the bearing, when the hole is 0.15 bigger than the shaft neck of eccentric shaft, take the bearing out and install on the two ends of eccentric shaft, make the shaft shoulder adjoined and hold on by pressure until the complete cooling of the bearing. The clearance must be not more than 0.05. After installed, clean it and fill lubrication grease in the bearing.
3.2.2.2装妥动颚一端的透盖、纸垫圈等,并用螺栓紧固。此时将动颚孔竖放,使装好透盖的一端朝下,接着将偏心轴装配组件吊入动颚中,吊装时注意:偏心轴左右螺纹的方向及偏心轴和动颚孔中心线保持一致,放正轴承外圈,先轻压作好导向,当压入量均匀渐进时,方可进行连续敲压(不能用锤直接敲击轴承,应轴承上垫放铜棒后,再敲击铜棒)。二只轴承装入动颚的程序一样,然后再装妥动颚另一端的透盖、纸垫圈等,并用螺栓紧固。装妥后应使轴承外圈端面与透盖端面有0.2~0.4的间隙,它是通过装入适量纸垫圈得到的。
Install the cover and paper washer on one end of moving jaw and fixed by screw bolt. At the same time, keep the hole of moving jaw upright, make the end on which cover has been installed down, and then lift the assembling components of eccentric shaft into moving jaw. When lifting, note that right-and-left threaded direction of eccentric shaft must be in accordance the with center line of moving jaw and eccentric shaft. Put straight outer ring of bearing, first press lightly to make guide. When the press gradually increase, continuous knock can be adopted (don’t use hammer to knock on the bearing directly, place a copper rod on the bearing and knock the copper rod). The procedures of installing moving jaw of the two bearings is the same, and then install the cover and paper washer of the other end and fixed by screw bolt. After installation, the clearance of end face of bearing outer ring and cover end face should be 0.2-0.4; it is formed by putting suitable paper washer.
3.2.2.3装入迷宫密封套,左、右嵌盖时须注意左右方向,取另外二只轴承,用煤油清洗干净,并在轴承中填满润滑脂,把锥套放入轴承孔内,再安装于偏心轴上,装入左、右压盖,密封盖(注意方向),再旋紧偏心轴上圆螺母,使之压紧锥套。
Install labyrinth seal, when embedded cover, must notice left and right direction. Take another two bearing, use kerosene to clean them and fill lubrication grease in bearing. Put taper sleeve into bearing hole, then install it in eccentric shaft. Install left and right gland, hermetic seal (note direction), then tighten the round nut on the eccentric shaft, pressure cone cover tightly.
3.2.2.4把飞、槽轮装于偏心轴上,,然后装妥轴端挡圈。
Install the flywheel and Geneva wheel on eccentric shaft,  then install axial end block.
注意:飞、槽轮系铸铁、安装时切忌热套。
Note: the flywheel and Geneva wheel are iron casting, avoid hotjacket when installation.
槽轮常规是安装在偏心轴右端(从进料方向看),也可根据现场情况需要使飞、槽轮位置进行对调。
Geneva wheel is installed on the right end of eccentric shaft (from feeding direction), also can exchange flywheel and Geneva wheel position according to the field situation.
3.3肘板与调整部件elbow plate and adjusting components
3.3.1肘板系经过精确计算的铸件。它不仅是传动构件,而且也是破碎机的保险零件,当破碎机中落入不能破碎的物料而使机器超过平常负荷时,肘板将折断,保护设备不被损坏。肘板和肘板垫采用滚动接触方式,正常使用情况下很少摩擦,只需在接触表面上涂一层润滑脂即可。
Elbow plate is casting through accurate calculation. It is not only the driving components, but also the breaking piece of crusher. When the material that cannot be crushed in crusher, it may cause the crusher overload than usual, then elbow plate will be broken to protect the equipment from damage. Elbow plate and elbow plate mat adopt rolling contact, there is little friction under normal use, and it only needs to coat one layer of lubrication grease on the contact surface.
3.3.2调整部件是用于调整排料口大小,以及补偿颚板、肘板和肘板垫之间磨损的机构。
Adjusting component is used to adjust the discharging opening size, and adjust the wear between compensation jaw plate, elbow plate and elbow plate mat.
调整部件的装配过程the assembling process of adjusting components:
a.肘板垫通过角钢和螺栓固定于调整座上,调整垫片置于调整座和下部机架之间。
Elbow plate mat is fixed to adjusting frame through angle iron and screw bolt, adjusting gasket is placed between adjusting frame and lower frame.
b.当调整排料口时,首先适度拧松拉紧部件的拉杆螺母,松开弹簧,然后再松开机架两侧的螺栓,调节尾部螺栓,顶动调整座,向前推出调整垫片,达到增大排料口时,将机架两侧的螺栓定位;若取出调整垫片时,达到增大排料口的需要;若放入调整垫片时,达到减小排料口的需要。在达到用户所需的排料口尺寸后,首先松开机架两侧的螺栓,再松开起顶螺栓,调整座在动颚部件自重的推力作用下,调整座及调整垫片组向机架后墙靠拢,压实后,最后将机架两侧的螺栓定位。
When adjusting discharging opening, first loosen pull-rod nut of tension parts, loosen the spring, then loosen bolts on the two sides of frame, adjust the bolt of afterbody, put forward the adjusting pads, when increasing discharging port, fix the screw bolt on both sides of the frame. If take out the adjusting pad, satisfy the requirements of increasing the discharging opening. I add adjustment pad, satisfy the requirements of reducing the discharging opening. When the size of discharging opening satisfy the requirements of users, first loosen the screw bolt on both sides of the frame, then loosen top bolt. Adjusting seat and adjusting pad move backward the back wall, and last fix the screw bolts on the both sides of frame.
c.适度拧紧拉紧部件的拉杆螺母,收紧弹簧,即完成调整排料口的工作。
Tighten pull-rod nut of tension parts, tighten spring and then the work of adjusting the discharging opening is finished.
拉紧部件的装配过程the assembling procedure of tension parts:
拉杆的一端铰接于动颚下端的耳环上,另一端通过垫圈支承在机架后的下端,弹簧通过其两端的垫圈和螺母压紧。破碎机工作时弹簧需要一定预紧力,以防止肘板在工作时脱落,但不宜过大,只要能消除肘板与动颚、调整部件间冲击响声即可,否则将影响弹簧的使用寿命,甚至使弹簧断裂。
One end of the pull rod is hinged on the earrings in the lower jaw, another end through the gasket; the spring is pressed by washers and nut. When crusher is working, it requires spring has a certain preloaded force to prevent elbow in work off board, but it should not be too big. It’s only required to eliminate impact noise between elbow board and jaw, adjustment components, otherwise it will affect the service life of spring, even cause the spring fracture.
3.4铁轨部件rail component
铁轨通过地脚螺栓紧固在钢筋混凝土的基础上。
Track is fixed on the basis of reinforced concrete through the anchor bolts.
电动机安装在铁轨上,支座嵌入铁轨的槽中,根据三角皮带的松紧程度调整电动机与主机的距离。当距离确定后,用紧固在支座上的调整螺钉顶住电动机的底座,以防其移位。
Motor is installed on the track; the frame is embedded in the groove of railway. Adjust the distance between motor and main machine according to the tightness of triangle belt. When the distance is decided, use the adjusting bolt to fix the base of motor, in case the motor shift.
3.5润滑部件Lubrication components
用油枪对各油嘴注油,此种形式加油直接,故障少。
Use oil gun to fill oil in oil cup. This way of filling oil is direct and has little failure.
 

4安装、调整和试车Installation, adjustment and commissioning

本机是由制造厂装配成台经空载试车后提供的,用户在收到产品后应仔细清点装箱清单,以便发现和排除在运输过程中可能带来的问题。
This machine is of no-load test machine assembly into the offer, after the product user should be carefully inventory to discover and packing list in the transport process may be excluded.
4.1由于本机在工作时振动量较大 ,因此机器应安装在钢筋混凝土结构的基础上,基础的重量大致可取为本机重量的8~10倍,地基的深度要大于该处土地冻结的深度。基础部件图提供的尺寸为主机和电动机的地脚螺栓的相对位置,以及有关的其他参数。安装地脚螺栓处必须留出预留孔,待二次灌浆的水泥牢固后再拧紧地脚螺栓。在此过程中,必须用水平仪测机器的水平度,水平度的偏差在机架前墙的宽度范围内控制在5毫米以下。机架水平度的检测尤为重要,它可确保进料口位置不至因倾斜而使破碎机在工作时发生单边进料现象,避免因负荷不均而损坏设备。

4.2安装电动机时,除检查与主机的距离外,还应检查电动机槽轮的端面与主机槽轮的端面是否在同一平面内,以确保所有的三角皮带有效地一致工作。
When the motor installed in check and host, distance outside, still should check with the Geneva motor end face whether the host slot wheel on the same plane, to ensure that all of the triangle leather belt effectively consistent work.
4.3排料口尺寸的大小,应按所需产口的粒度和处理能力进行调整,在调整排料口前应松开拉紧弹簧,待调整好以后,再适当的调整弹簧的张紧程度,以防止肘板在工作时脱落。详见总图调整部分。

4.4机器安装、调整后进行试车。Test run after machinery installation and adjustment.
4.5.1空载试车:No-load test run
 a.连续运转2小时,轴承温升不超过35℃

 b.所有紧固件应牢固,无松动现象。
All fasteners should be tight and without looseness.
c.飞、槽轮运转平稳。
The flywheel and geneva wheel run smooth and steady.
d.所有摩擦部位无擦伤、掉屑和研磨现象,无异常响声。
There should be no scratches, chips and grinding apperance, and abnormal sounds of all friction parts.
e.排料口调整范围应符合设计规定The adjustment range of discharge opening should be according with the design specification.
4.5.2带载试车 Loading test run
当空载试车合格后方可加料进行带载试车。
Proceeding the loading test run after the no-load test run measuring up to standard.
a.破碎机不得有周期性或显著的冲击声。
The crusher should be free of cyclical and prominent impact sound.
b.最大给料粒度应符合设计规定。The max. feeding partical size should be according with the design specification.
c.连续运转8小时,轴承温升不超过35℃。
Continuous running for 8 hours and the bearing temperature is less than 35℃.
d.破碎机处理能力应符合设计要求。
The processing capacity of the crusher should be according with the design specification.

5.使用与维护Operation and maintenance

5.1破碎机启动前的准备工作:The preparations before the crusher starting:
5.1.1检查轴承的润滑情况是否良好,肘板与动颚、调整座上肘板垫的接触情况是否良好,其接触处是否有足够的润滑脂。
Inspecting whether there is good bearings lubrication, good contact between toggle plate and toggle plate cushion on movable jaw and adjusting base, and enough lubricating grease on the contact points.
5.1.2检查所有紧固件是否紧固。
Inspecting whether all fasteners are fastening.
5.1.3检查传动皮带是否安装正确和情况良好,若发现皮带破损应及时更换,当皮带或槽轮上有油污时,应用干净抹布及时擦净。
Inspecting whether the driving belt is correctly installed and in good condition. The belt should be replaced promptly if there is breakage. The greasy dirt on belt and geneva wheel should be wipinged timely by the clean dishcloth.
5.1.4检查防护装置是否良好,若发现防护装置有不安全现象时,应马上排除。Inspecting whether the protection device is good. The insecurity should be elimilated promptly.
5.1.5检查破碎腔内有无物料或其它杂物,若有时应清除干净。
Inspecting whether there is materials or other sundries in the crushing chamber. They should be cleaned up.
5.1.6检查起顶螺栓是否退回,调整垫片是否安装正确和压紧。
Inspecting whether the jack bolt is returned and the adjusting gasket is correctly installed and compressed tightly.
5.2破碎机的启动:Crusher starting:
5.2.1经检查,证明机器与传动部件情况正常后方可启动。
The crusher is starting after inspecting and certifying the normal condition of the machinery and transmission parts.
5.2.2本机只准在无负荷情况下启动。
The crusher only start under the zero load condition.
5.2.3启动时应事先有信号预告,启动后若发现有异常现象时,应立即停止启动,必须查明原因、排除异常后方可再次启动破碎机。
There is signal before starting. If there is abnormal phenomena after starting, the crusher should be ceased. It can restart after finding out cause and eliminating anomaly.
5.3破碎机的使用:Operation of the crusher
5.3.1破碎机正常运转后方可开始投料。
Feeding can be only started after the normal running of the crusher.
5.3.2应将物料均匀地加入破碎腔内,避免侧面加料或堆满加料,以防止单边过载、负荷突变或阻塞等现象。
The materials should be evenly put in to the crusher chamber. Refraining from side and stack charging to avoid unilateral overload, sudden load change and block.
5.3.3在正常工作情况下,轴承的温升不应超过35℃,最高温度不得超过75℃。若超过75℃时,应立即停车,查明原因并加以排除。
Under normal working condition, the bearing temperature is less than 35℃ and the highest temperature is less than 75℃. If the temperature is more than 75℃, stop the crusher at once and find out the cause and eliminate it.
5.3.4停车前应首先停止加料,待破碎腔内的被破碎物料全部排出后,方可关闭电动机。
Stop feeding before stopping the crusher. And after discharging all broken materials from crusher chamber, turn off the electromotor.
5.3.5在破碎时若因破碎腔内物料阻塞而造成停车时,应立即关闭电动机,必须将物料清除后方可再次启动电动机。
Turn off the electromotor promptly if the crusher stopped by material block in the crusher chamber. And the electromotor can restart after eliminating the materials.
5.3.6固定颚板和活动颚板当一端磨损后,可上、下调头使用。
When one end of the fixed jaw and flexible jaw is wear and tear, another end can be used.
5.3.7破碎机使用一段时间后,应检查并再紧固锥套及所有的紧固件,新机使用一段时间最长不得超过一个月。
After a period of using the crusher, all taper sleeve and fasteners should be inspected and tightened. The period of the new crusher is no more than one month.
5.4润滑:Lubrication
5.4.1为保证机器的正常运转和延长使用寿命,应定期加注润滑油,详见润滑部分。
To ensure the normal running of the machinery and extend its service life, the lubrication should be filled at regular intervals. See lubrication part.
5.4.2加入轴承座内的润滑脂应为容积的50~70%,每3~6个月更换一次。在换润滑脂时,应用洁净的汽油或煤油仔细清洗轴承的滚道等部位。
The lubrication grease filled in the bearing base is 50-70% of the cubage and it should be exchanged every 3-6 months. When exchanging the lubrication grease, the ball track and other parts should be cleaned carefully by clean petrol or kerosene.
5.4.3肘板与肘板垫之间只需在装配或检修时,在其接合面处加上适量的润滑脂即可。

6安全、操作规程security and operating regulations

6.1操作人员须经安全技术教育后方可上机操作。
Operators can only operate the machinery after studying security and technique.
6.2破碎机在运转过程中严禁作任何调整、清洗或检修工作。
During the running of the crusher, it is strictly prohibited to do any adjustment, cleaning or inspecting.
6.3严禁在运转时从破碎机上部朝机器内窥视。
It is prohibited to look into the crusher from its upper part during the operation.
6.4严禁在运转时用手直接在进料口后破碎腔内搬运挪移物料。
It is prohibited to carry materials from the crusher chamber behind feed inlet by hand.
6.4电气设备应接地,电线应绝缘可靠并装在钢管内铺设。
Electric device should be ground connection. Electric wire should be insulation and laying in the steel tube.

8必须注意的事Must pay attention

8.1本机进料应采用相应的喂料机械等配套设备,以确保其均衡进料。
The feeding machinery must mating with the crusher to ensure balanced feed.
8.2本机的最大进料粒度不得超过425毫米,要求做到:大小粒度混合进料;不超大粒度进料;不堆积进料。
The max. particle size of this crusher should be less than 425mm. Requirements: big and small particle size mixed feeding, no partical size exceeds 425mm, no stack feeding.
8.3机架水平度偏差,在前墙宽度范围内控制在5毫米以下,以避免单边进料造成负荷不均而损坏机器。
Chassis leveless deviation should be under 5mm in the range of the front wall width to avoid damaging machine by unilateral feeding load unevenness.
8.4固定、活动颚板在磨损掉齿高的15%(约留下6~8毫米)时,应予以更换,否则将引起载荷突变而损伤设备。
Fixed, flexible jaw should be changed when their tooth depth wear reaching 15%(leave 6-8mm) .Otherwise they will cause loading mutation and damage the device.
8.5应经常拧紧所有紧固件,每班不少于一次,因此请不要怕麻烦,以上要求务必做到。
All fasteners should be tighten up regularly. It must be done no less than one time per shift.
8.7定期注油润滑,确保机器的正常运转和延长使用寿命,每3~6个月更换一次润滑脂,换油时应用洁净的汽油或煤油仔细地清洗轴承滚道。
To ensure the normal running of the machinery and extend its service life, the lubrication should be filled at regular intervals. It should be exchanged every 3-6 months. When exchanging the lubrication grease, the ball track should be cleaned carefully by clean petrol or kerosene.
8.8电动机上的积灰定期清除,以免散热不良而烧坏电机。
Dust stratification on the electromotor should be cleared away at regular intervals to avoid damaging electromotor by bad heat dissipation.
8.9肘板是破碎机的保护装置,结构和材质是经过精确计算确定的,一旦磨损或者断裂,必须换上本公司的备件,否则不能起到保护机器的作用。
Toggle plate is the protection device of the crusher. Its construction and material is decided by accurate calculation. Once it is wear or breakage, our company’s spare parts should be used to protect the machine.
8.若需变更基础尺寸,必须经制造厂同意。
The modification of the base dimension should be agreed by the manufactory.
用户应严格保证上列事项的实施,以免造成不必要的损失。
The user should carry out above items strictly to avoid unnecessary losses.

颚破主轴轴承:初始加油量为轴承内部空间的2/3,补油周期15天/次,每次105g,当润滑脂已经占轴承座空间的75%时以上时,应把润滑脂更换掉。
Jaw crusher main shaft bearing: The intial oil volume is 2/3 of the bearing inner space. The refueling period is 15days, once 105g. When the lubrication grease coming up to 75% of the bearing base space, it should be changed.
电机轴承:滚动轴承空间填满润滑脂,润滑周期5000小时,工作5000小时后即更换润滑脂。
Electromotor bearing: Antifriction bearing space is filled with lubrication grease. The lubrication period is 5000 hours. After working for 5000 hours, lubrication grease should be changed.
